China's Relationships With the World Have Sourred

China is an older society. It's getting older. The Chinese people are simply not having children at a rate that's going to sustain. And so you've got a situation where the society is getting older before it's getting richer. That leads to the second problem, which is falling economic growth. When you've got such demographics, it's almost impossible to grow economically in China.
