A group that is based on an old building in Warwick called the Courthouse. It dates back to, and I can't quite remember when it was built in the 18th century sometime. And since then it's been used for all sorts of things. The town council is based there and the council chamber where they have their meetings is there. On the first floor, we have a lovely Regency Ballroom,. If they know anything about Jane Austen and have seen any Jane Austen films, you'll see a Regency Ball almost in almost any of them.
A conversation with my (lovely) mum in which we generally witter on about a number of different things including some British history, ways of describing rain, different expressions for talking (like rambling and wittering), my mum's accent, what she thinks of this podcast and some of her podcast recommendations. Vocabulary is explained after the conversation and there is a vocabulary list available.
