The Importance of Breathing
Golf is such a mental sport, but when it comes to performance, it's all in the head. A lot of golfers work with performance psychologists and those sorts of things. And I was invited to present at a world PGA scientific golf summit or something like that. It was interesting how many psychologists were like, I hadn't really thought about it from that perspective. But they'll teach breathing either of do 10 minutes of relaxed breathing, belly breathing to relax as a relaxation strategy.
