Are You Doing It Because You Just Read It?
i think the research can help us with that and really make us even better at our jobs. And i think when you have some one in a roll that is genuinely quite intuus, then that can bring a lot of the staff with you as well. You know, we not every one is going to be as into reading around the education of literature as we are. Some people are more focused on their practice. But i think maybe the same as that, when i was reading about it, i was kind of like, this is quite cool. This is quite exciting. This i want to share this with people.
