The Power of the Lamb of God Descends Upon the Gentiles

The Lord allows evil to run its course so that the righteous may learn to rise above it. But a great empowerment happens as we see in these verses when the whore of all the earth bites against Zion. And then something interesting happens. The covenant curses of God's people or individuals with God turn into covenant curses upon those who threaten them with annihilation.
