When i'm working to target something specifically, the first thing i start with is frequency. Based off of that frequency, the next thing i look at is tempo. And so tempo is a very powerful thing. Between like 75 and 85 beats per minute, i found is aVery powerful sweet spot to kind of step down the nervous system,. The brain wave activity, the heart rate, um. It's just something that really helps people in general to slow down so very fast. I don't like to start meditations off with meditation music. If we're hoasting an event, the first two songs that we do or mid tempo. So the last song we end on might be 30 beats
