The Importance of Measurement

In Corinth, everyone was bragging about what they had based on their own assessment of which gifts gave more status. They were measuring giftedness in order to assign status. Do we not do the same thing? Who are your favorite preachers and why? It's not bad, but reflect on it. This is where we share with the Corinthians. It's true for them. It'strue for us. We're not just going to dig into this because there isn't a point here. But I want to show you that Paul gives us an impulse, a triunency to God that he gives us as part of his message.
