The Silent Retreat: A Transformational Experience

After the 10-day retreat, genes that are associated with my illness turned right. I was able to actually intentionally turn that default thinking off. And what that made way for was a sense of inner peace and an interconnectedness with the world around me. To this day I still think is the number one reason why at the end of the project my subjective wellbeing data was off the chart.
