There are many incentive programmes going on across the country. They just not well publicize because they are still controversial, oddly enough,. Because of the idea that learning should be driven intrinsically by the love of learning, versus rewards. What we did have an effect on is test scores went up. And is that not enough? To me, that's fantastic, right? I you can get test score gains and you don't change the love oflearning. That, to me, is a policy worth doing.
