A Healthy Mind Is a Healthy Mind

A healthy mind is not one that feels happy all the time and doesn't feel sadness or other what we might perceive as negative emotions. We find out these emotions are necessary in life. Even when you're happy, you can't behappy all the time. You're going to have dips in that. And there's a great quote which I like to, I haven't actually used in the book, but I said happiness and not a destination. The idea where we chug along in life and then we get to the destination happiness and we stay there isn't possible. That's just impossible. Life throws things at us. It's up and down all the time."
