Is Meditation Useful for the Everyday Things?

Meditation is one of my favorite activities related to this interest. When i'm in relationship with the world, i i'm a little bit more clear about myself and why i am act or react certain ways. I could give you many examples of those understandings that are more specific. But a well one perhaps woud be, sometimes there's something going on which is unpleasant in my environment or in my body, like i have a pain in the body. Or an auntie wrigt, likeyou th that isn't annoying me because of he gossiping,. That's a good example. So when you notice that there's a certain degree to which, yes, there is pain.
