The United States claims that it seeks to outcompete China but does not seek conflict. In reality, its so-called competition means to contain and suppress China in all respects. The US always claims that they will follow the rules, but it's like two athletes competing in the Olympic Games. If one athlete is not trying to achieve their best results, but instead always trying to trap the other athlete or even make them participate in the Paralympic Games, that is not fair competition, but malicious confrontation, it's a foul.
