Justice Is a Mental Impossibility
The alleged impartiality of the courts of justice is, in truth, a psychological impossibility. The judge's attitude to things will be determined by his education and bringing up. In such cases you might get justice, but these are usually of small importance. "Justice is administered by human beings, by judges and juries," he says.
