The Stock Market Is Watching China

This is the biggest protest since Tiananmen Square in I think 1989, we've seen and already we're seeing significant pushback. The social contract that Xi Jinping has with the Chinese people where he can pursue his what he calls China dream is starting to come under significant stress at this point in time. What you're seeing is this clash between ideology and governance. We as the world are very tied to China. If the Chinese economy implodes, that's going to have massive implications for the world. This is a gray zone dynamic where our world is still in flux. It could be met with quite serious violence from the state.
