How to Create a Sermon

I find that I can listen to someone else's notes and thoughts about what they're wanting to say. And I can help them find structure much easier and much quicker than I can when it's in my own work. So effectively I've started that process before I start writing because I've been thinking about the message. It's not that if you can't do this, you haven't got the gift of preaching. The danger is for so many of us as preachers where we hold ourselves up against or we're held up against at least these kind of YouTube sensation, TV personality types.
