The Future of Workforce Housing

I think those that are positioned to be in workforce housing right now, because it's so fragmented. You know, this is a perfect time, you know, to be positioned for that. And I'm also thinking we have a new president at NMHC who's very policy oriented. So, but policy is going to matter because if we don't do it right, we're going to get bitten the ass. Yeah. It's interesting. Although with interest rates we'd already been in the downturn of transaction volume. We've talked all about your business and I want to go back and talk at the high level about that's part of the market and what the future may hold for it.
