The Killing of a Seven-Year-Old

Kazilia, a seven-year-old girl who was hit in the head with a pickaxe and laid next to her dead family members for seven hours. The doctor concluded she most likely fell down after being struck near her family's dead bodies and then actually died several hours later from shock. When predators normally cover their victims up after they kill them, it usually means that they're showing signs of remorse or inability to face what they've done. For the killer to not care which way his victim was facing when he hit them with a pick axe is strange to me.
