Why Is Judaism a Religion and Where Does It Come From?

There's an undeniable thrill to reading Nietzsche, whether you are convinced to share his worldview or not. He was a philologist who in a lot of instances just made very simple and cutting arguments about the basic incoherence of concepts and terms. And I suppose that kind of over time I have gravitated more towards that point of view. But there's tremendous resistance to dropping the idea that Judaism is a religion with doctrines and beliefs that can be compared against Christianity or Islam.
