How Can We Help Our Children Now?

In the book, i writ about how there's a chapter called reparenting horself. What if i started to use these practices in my own life, focusing on seeing myself, seeing my child parts? I can meditate, eat healthy food. I can go to my therapy. I can talk and write and journal with these parts. And so noticing the ways that i could be as respectful to my own inner children as i am to my son was really profound for me.
