The Slow Walk in CBDC

FedNow coming out in July, that's a small little item, but it's significant to me that they're coming out with a hard date. That's right around the corner. And so if you look at what they're doing with the who and now with FedNow, what it says to me is they need a real interim bridge to get to CBDC because they don't have enough control now. How do you institute that control before you bring in the guns? If I was pal, I would no more put in authorizing legislation for CBDC before I had the guns in.
