I'd Be Very Comfortable With a Medical Student Doing My Procedures

There'ssoe times some bias towards residents and students in cases. And i think people need to understand that lot of times they're the ones that are doing this stuff day in and day out, and that you want to trust o do your procedures. I don't know how i would feel if if i was getting even something as simple as an arterial line placed in my radial artery. Cause its going to take multiple sticks by a trainee, multiple points of pain. Butim the first field stick, i'd say, ok ya, let's move on.
