I Had an Autum Eas, and I Was Just Really, Really Sick.
i had an autum eas a, which is very similar to crone's disease. It essentially meant that my immune system was wrongfully attacking my colon. We didn't realize how many people were suffering with different automiun diseases and different chronic illness from eating the way i eat now. And so it was really surprising for us when we would start getting messages and emales and, you kno comments on like, my facebook wall, that there were so many other people that were finding relief from that way of eating as well.
