Mitt Romney was not planning to run. He only just only ran again, really, because the economy was so bad. We're in this different time right now in American history that seems very dark in a lot of ways. And one of the challenges is how to talk about it without sounding alarmist. I always say it's like a pandemic. Whatever you say to begin of sound alarmist and in the end, it'll be inadequate.
