I've not heard or seen a German version of any heard the English versions and I think that's one of the things that's typical with opertas that are written in another language as opposed to operas. Well if you spoke German you might have understood what they were saying. No this is not the Aqnaughton show. Some of it has to be done in the local language regardless of where anyway. Not absolutely everything they do is in English because they did do a co-production like not but it tends to be in English.
