Do you think intuitive eating is something that we can all tap into? I know you said it helped you, but I think people are getting nervous of it. Get support, start small. It's not a quick fix. And everyone works differently. The six week program that I do, I find people within a couple of weeks are like, my God, I feel transformed already. Other people maybe want a bit of one to one support for six weeks after. And then a top up once a year, everyone is different.
