The Eucharist of Grace
The Eucharist is the body and blood of Christ, very certain for us. But can we say for certain that a particular action that Joe Bobcat or Mary Bobcat does later that afternoon after Holy Communion? It's tough to say. What happens in the Eucharist though is that since it's daily food for the journey, if we look over the long term at someone who's receiving Holy Communion daily,. then we see the effects.
