Student Researchers Union - Can You Pay Me if You Get a Chance?

Students often times not getting significant portions of their stipend and tell well into the beginning of the first or second week of the month. This has have not been one time things or sporadic things. These are things that have been continuously going on for years. And what we're really hoping for is that with the creation of this student researchers union that we will be able to send polite emails and say, hi, can you pay me if you get a chance?
