Finland's president said that, you know, everybody in finland is now thinking about nato membership. I still think both countries are unlikely to amploy apply the tornado any time soon. Future developments will likely have an effect. Moscow need to take into account the northern europeans' jornado if they see russia as a growing military threat. But on the other hand, it continues to be essential for both countries.
