You Don't Have to Know It, but You Have It Inside You

I was having conversation with a client recently around like, i don't feel i've got to this thing. From an ed perspective, how would you explain that from an ed perspective? I would explain it as, they don't have enough pieces in the environment. How d'll iy do teach? I mean, its noll wrong. I would ange the way that the sentences were formed. Yes, i'm goin to go with off line. It's kind of off line information that they're tring to bring on line because they haven't got the environment around them.
