Do Not Lose Faith
In verse eight, joshua says, o lord, what shall i say when israel turneth their backs before their enemies, other wrds? How am i going to explain our retreat, our defeat? They will come and conquer us, instead of us conquering them. And that's why he says, in verse ten, to joshua, get thee up. Wherefore liest thou thus upon thy face i said, this is god. You're better than this. You can do ta. I'm stronger than this. Do not lose faith.
