Isn't All Singing Celebratory in Scripture?

In verse 27, they sought the levites to celebrate the wall of jerusalem with gladness, thanksgiving and singing s a classic example that we sing with thankfulness. And it's important to remember this is just one kind of text. It's not all biblical song is like this.
