The Darby Bowler Hats

Bolivia and Peru are the only South American countries where people still wear traditional dress. The Darby bowler hats were introduced from England by men who went to build the railways in the 1920s. You have to go off the beaten track into the Mass Amaro or way into the wilds of China to see people that still wear traditional costume. And then a shawl, a coloured shawl that they wear, it's called an agio. It's a colourful cloth sling really. They carry babies and shopping and all sorts of things in those colourful shawls.
