I love collagen in my smoothies. Freezing those berries makes your kefir or el ruridesmoothie really thick and creamy. I always have a bag of frozen blue wild blueberries in my freezer because they actually have more nutrients than the bigger blueberries. Blueberries give you tons of energy. Berries is a great thing to have if you exercise a lot. It also can help you give you sustained energy throughout the day.
