Hypoxemic Respiratory Ure?
The first thing that i will think about if someone is hypoxemic is really making sure their title volume is on the lower end of what i would like them to be, somewhere around six millimeters per kelogram of predicted body weight. The other thing i take nto account is whether not increase f i o two alone is going to be sufficientt to ah correct their hypoxemia in patients who have either a lot of atalecticiss or a lot of lung consolidation. Then we'd like to use positive endex expiratory pressure, or peep, to help rerecruit those collapsed or adalectatic or consolidated areas of lungs. And by re recruiting
