The book of lamentations is also from jeremiah, and it's when he walks around the city of jerusalem during the siege by the babylonians. In a year we heard job say something very, very similar. It's one of those ways of just trying to express and trying to capture and convey great grief,. Great distress, such despair of just, i am really hurting, and god has called me to this moment.
