Using Cementic Qualifiers in Problem Representations
A problem representation has three components. Who is the patient? What are the demographics and and rist factors? Secondly, what is the temporal pattern of the illness? And then third or what are the key signs and symptoms? I into be honest, it took me a long time to wrap my brain around what is te cemantic qualifier. But when i've tried, i think of them as brief, medically meaningful descriptors.
