What's Your Favorite Genre to Write?

There are so many planets in this universe and sometimes I'm afraid I look at this kind and I say, oh my gosh, maybe I would see something different. It was the idea of creatures who were alive on other planets that was part of my motivation for my very first book. Michael is now starting a major effort in mystery stories. So I have crossed over at least for a little while. There's always a little bit of true science in my science fiction to make it credible but then my imagination kind of stretches things a little bit, fills in the blanks.
