The Basis of a Referral to Prevent
Teacher was referred to prevent because he prayed in congregation. This wasn't even during like coved, where there were restrictions or anything like that. The teacher had already put in er a case of discrimination against one of the staff members rom the school loke. So we feel that actually it was used in a very kind of weaponized manner. But every single prevent referrol would immediately, by default, be vetted by a counterterrorism officer.
