How to Train for Concentric Strength

For me, it's looking at the different things you're good at. If you're really bad at something, then that's where we need to spend the majority of our time. And then we need to try to blend the two of them together. Every four weeks, he runs one, we look at just 1080 data and we figure out what cycle he needs to be in. It's interesting to see like vertical jump increase, speed increase, because of you're just spot on with what the athlete needs.
