First our experts address who will be under center and leading their team at quarterback (1:48), following that they decide which running backs they want to have (6:19). Next, they decide on their wide receivers (12:10) and tight ends (18:58), and cap off their offensive side of the ball by establishing their offensive line (23:11). Our hosts then settle on their picks for the defensive side of the ball, starting with the defensive line (28:53) , followed by their picks for linebacker (31:50) and secondary (35:09). And finally, they pick their punter (39:30) , kicker (40:53) and long snapper (41:30).
