How do we sort of realize what's going on in that moment and start to realize may be some of the things that are getting in the way? Well, one of my favorite quotes comes from my late mentor, an h b r friend, warren bennis. And when you notice something, it's different than looking, watching and seeing. When you actually notice something, you're connected to whatever you're noticing. So as i'm speaking to you, i'm noticing my laptop on my lap, and i'm noticing the screen is long overdue for being cleaned.
