The Importance of Fiber in Fruit

There is legitimate science going into trying to figure out like maybe one fruit is actually better than the other. Because fruit is so high in fiber you can tell just trying to take a little crunch of it. It's important to essentially stunting all of the quote unquote issues that people are talking about with this intense amounts of glucose spikes that happen. The fiber it literally can coat your intestines and GI tract to have the process slow down so that you're not reaching the same types of sugar spikes.
