How to Play D&B With a Break Beat

There's just tons of layering that you get used to doing I think especially in drum bass because you're sort of filling out layers of treble often. A lot of it's real like trial and error and just sort of matching loads of things up and seeing what works. There's still this legacy of working with these break beats which are tiny drum solos from funk records in the cities. It's mad how everyone's basically manipulated these tiny bits of audio like hundreds and thousands of times for D&B.
