How Can a Company Create a Culture of Asking Great Questions?

i like this one question that cavish is asking, how can a company create a culture of asking great questions? And so i think you're talking a lot about modelling that and truly authentically needing it as a leader. But how do you age? Think we've had some other great questions in hereabout there  it can be the junior, or not the leaders, asking the n of whom you want. One of the best situations for doing it is is a group feedback sessions, or group crits as we would all them in design school. Always the best experiences that, at least for me, were when people asked good questions.
