How to Evaluate a Company's Culture

I still have not developed the ability to buy some of these sales multiple companies. And I know that'd be a good thing. The reason I care about culture is adaptability of the company. A lot of these companies, these tech companies, everybody goes, well, they're really overvalued. But also during this year, those companies, cultures were built to be very adaptive to change.
