i'm somebody who has messed it up as many times as you possibly can, internally and externally, with methods and modalities. And so i've found stuff that works for me. Probably honestly your most recent muscle for i life book, in the sense of, like, i don't crack away any of my food. That's just not worth it for me. I would be surprised if i have anything over one 60-pound body part.
