Well, because i think all of us have this sort of negativety bias when we take a look at risks and rewards,. We tend to focus more on the things that go wrong. Is not necessarily always bad. But if we focus on what goes right and rewarding what goes right, then i think we will be more apt tofocus on radical candor.
