Is There a Difference Between Wet and Dry Inflation?
It's subjective how inflation is calculated with regard to the reference basket and how that basket changes over time. Our personal inflate rate will be different than the basket as tastes change. We use smart phones to day. We don't use land lines a telephone. Land line shouldn't be necessarily in that basket of goods and services used to measure inflation.
