I think that Asian Americans have to sort of think about where whether or not their positionality is. What they think of as social justice is actually an investment in it or an alignment with kind of whiteness, right? So I was thinking in particular about how, you know, when you think about Chinese labor being recruited to North America and its efficiency at first praised but then seen as destructive by white workers.
