Inflation is going to keep on rising, I think, regardless of what the Fed does with rates. The inflation that we are dealing with right now, the Fed was creating it for 12 years. We're only now at the cusp of the problem manifesting itself. And so as this money continues to make its way through the economy, it is going to bid up prices.
